The staff are friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast is delicious. the rooms are clean and the shower has powerful and hot water. the air conditioning works well. Bottled water is provided and replenished daily.

Felt well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.

the unit we got was absolutely perfect and clean with comfy bed, balcony, for instance.

Location: the hotel was not far from the city center, the another beaches and islands and 20min walk to the beach plenty coffee shops restaurant. The staff provided terrific service and assisted us with everything we needed. Modern double room was a highlight for us.

The place is excellent value and suited fine. the food was savoury overall. - the location turned out to be perfect and quiet, just off most restaurants as well as main bars and beach. - Had a good stay here.

I had the pleasure of exploring Ao Nang Beach and Khao Phanom Bencha National Park. The Ri Hotel provided a roundtrip airport shuttle and a lovely terrace. The outdoor pool was a bonus.

Oh, I just loved listening to the muezzin's calls from the nearby mosque while the cock in the neighbor's yard serenaded me all night long. Such delightful ambiance!

A beautiful long beach is only 2 km away.

I had a great city break at this hotel! the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the bustling city center with plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. the facilities were top-notch, with a cute 24-hour swimming pool outside the hotel that I loved taking a dip in. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on local attractions and even helping me book discounted tour packages.

the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some little ants wandering around the table. I was given a ground floor room with a window, which unfortunately made it quite noisy, with the nearby mosque's muezzin and a noisy rooster from the neighbors disturbing my rest.

The database staff at the Ri Hotel were incredibly friendly, spoke English well, and were always attentive. the rooms and bathrooms were nice and comfy, with comfortable beds and pillows. the hotel is conveniently located near the Muslim night market, where you can find cheap and tasty food. the hotel also has a beautiful house cat at the reception. the breakfast provided was very good and the hotel had a nice pool. They also helped us arrange a trip to the tiger cave temple and answered all of our questions.

I recently stayed at Ri Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Krabi. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. They offered affordable transfers to Krabi town which was great. The hotel's location near the mosque and Muslim street made it easy to find unique souvenirs and enjoy delicious fruit shakes and local dishes. The 20-25 minute walk to the beach was pleasant and safe, especially in the evenings.
